KLS has an opening for a registered U.S. Patent Attorney to join our growing practice. This position is fully remote. Roles and Responsibilities Prepare and prosecute patent applications Provide legal advice on valuable intellectual property rights such as patents, technical data, trade secrets, licenses, copyrights and trademarks Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for the intellectual property of clients Additional responsibilities may include client interface opportunities, docket management, and work product and quality control review Other duties as assigned by firm partners Preferred Skills Excellent attention to detail Superb writing and communication skills Supervisory Responsibility This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
