Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Mobile App Developer for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms while ensuring seamless integration with AWS Lambda functions.

Rate Range: $48/hour to $51/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sr. Mobile App Developer job responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring seamless code reuse across platforms.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate UI changes with AWS Lambda functions and other backend services.

• Apply mobile-specific design principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, optimizing user experience.

• Use effective debugging and testing techniques to identify and resolve issues to ensure app stability and performance.

• Ensure high-performance app functionality by optimizing load times, responsiveness, and other key performance factors.

• Write and maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

• Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews to ensure timely delivery of features.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5-10 years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on React Native, JavaScript, and mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in React Native, with experience in building and maintaining applications for both iOS and Android.

• Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques and debugging practices to ensure high-quality app performance.

Pay Details: $48.00 to $51.00 per hour
