We are seeking a Shipping Associate to become a part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities. Duties include answering phone calls, processing shipments, verifying addresses for delivery, labeling shipments, assist with loading carriers, general office filing, cleaning, and other duties as assigned. You will be expected to have a team-player mentality while being committed to maintaining a safe and positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material
• Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
• Arrange appropriate transportation of products
• Assist customers with shipping inquiries
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Answer phone calls and emails in a professional, upbeat manner
• Assist customers in locating shipments
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to protect sensitive customer data
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to lift 50lbs solo
