Solar Roast Coffee in Pueblo, CO is looking for one shift lead to join our 15 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

We are looking for candidates who have open availability and have had previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
• Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution
• Train and develop new team members to company standard
• Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
• Motivate staff while working towards one goal
• Key Holder: Must be available for opening and closing shifts
• Barista tasks

Qualifications

• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
• Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus
• All shift leads must obtain a Manager Food Handlers Certificate upon hiring
