We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our dynamic team at our Corporate Headquarters in Hartford, CT. This key role will be instrumental in shaping our company's financial future through strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting at both corporate and divisional levels.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze financial data to provide insights for long-term strategic planning
• Prepare and present financial reports to executives and cross-functional managers
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret financial information
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize financial performance
• Contribute to process improvements in financial planning and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution sectors preferred
• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software
