ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Aid in onboarding and management of any new accounts with appropriate internal and external teams
• Assist in managing customer relationships and business development opportunities for current accounts
• Communicate with the Marketing team in US and overseas regarding marketing materials, including customer copy (SEO optimized), images, videos, and other digital assets
• Help manage the creation and ongoing maintenance of all products within any internal systems, including product descriptions, technical data, product features, product imagery, and other attributes
• Assist in entering and ensuring product information is properly displayed and presented on customer CMS systems and websites
• Monitor product pricing, benchmark competitors, and observe trends in order to make informed recommendations
• Work with the Marketing Team to maintain a promotional calendar of sales events, conduct post-promotional analysis, and help in coordinating future promotional strategies
• Monitor retail communication and end-consumer reviews to evaluate product success and alert Merchandising Teams on areas of opportunities or improvements

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5+ years of import/export experience in a sales role preferred
• Understanding of supply chain and merchandising in furniture is preferred
• Must have strong time management and organizational skills
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams
• Ability to learn and quickly understand complex product and pricing concepts
• Inventory management experience a plus
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail, organize and prioritization skills
• This position requires communication and cooperation amongst all departments and includes communications with the Asia offices at various hours of the day.
