POSITION SUMMARY:
The marketing manager is responsible for the organizations marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business, amongst all brands.
The marketing manager is responsible for expanding the brands awareness in the outdoor marketplace. Additionally, this position is responsible for the overall execution of the brand strategy as well as the consistency of brand representation across all media and product, social, digital marketing, advertising, events/outreach/trade shows, public relations, promotions, guerrilla marketing, cause marketing, partnerships, retail packaging and displays, sales materials and catalogs. The position will work closely with our Corporate Creative Director, the product team and sales team regarding market and product trends, product positioning, strategy, and relevance to the brand, with retailers and consumers.

A collaborative, open space work environment located on the second floor of the 40,000 sq. foot facility located in Broomfield, Colorado. Team members share a common desk area. There are approximately 50 employees in the 40,000 sq. ft Broomfield corporate facility which houses a workout facility, multiple quiet telephone booths and a large employee breakroom for the employee’s use.
