About the Company

VIZOR is a material coating technology company with offices in NYC and NJ. The company has created a suite of active ingredients and specialty raw materials that go into various consumer goods. The team is comprised of some of the leading technical minds in personal care with over 50 years of combined experience in the industry.

We are looking for a part time Marketing Coordinator professional to help execute a wide range of Marketing initiatives, with the potential for this to turn into a full-time role. This person should be a creative problem solver and a proactive communicator. Open to  Hybrid arrangements in NY & NJ. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing.
• Manage content creation for social media platforms, newsletters, and website updates.
• Coordinate and support the planning of trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events.
• Help track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the management of the company's digital presence, including website updates and SEO optimization.
• Assist with the preparation of sales and marketing presentations.

Qualifications:

• College degree not required but a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field wouldn't hurt
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a corporate environment. But if you have some personal projects you can show, that would be acceptable too.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation:

• 9 to 5 shift, 3 days per week
• Potential to turn into full time role with health insurance, bonus, 401K, etc
