Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support the company's goals and objectives- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making purposes- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting activities to ensure accurate financial projections- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide analysis on key business initiatives- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, such as GAAP and IFRS- Oversee cost accounting activities to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness- Lead financial sales initiatives by providing support in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and profitability analysis- Manage the interpretation of financial reports to drive actionable insights for business improvement- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning and analysis
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles- Strong knowledge of financial acumen, including profit loss analysis, cost accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts- Proficient in financial report writing and interpretation- Familiarity with both GAAP and IFRS accounting standards- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
