Job Tit le: Compliance Coordinator 

Location: Phoenix AZ 85054 (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months Contract 

Pay Range is $21 to $22/hr. on W2  

Job Description: 

• Document Coordination: Manage the coordination and screening of all government, regulatory, and compliance-related documents across multiple business units. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Adherence to Standards: Support the monitoring and enforcement of compliance standards and procedures, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, internal policies, and best practices.
• Regulatory Compliance Support: Assist in tracking compliance requirements and deadlines, ensuring timely submission and resolution of any issues that arise.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving compliance workflows and processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in document management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, risk, and operations, to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and resolve any compliance-related inquiries.
• General Support: Provide general support to senior compliance staff, assisting with various compliance-related tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree is not mandatory; relevant academic or vocational background may be considered.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field. Open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Compliance: Basic understanding of compliance concepts, practices, and regulatory frameworks.
• Goal-Oriented: Ability to plan and accomplish goals with limited supervision, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
