About Us:
We are working on behalf of a valued client to recruit a highly skilled Clinical Reimbursement (MDS) Reviewer . This position is an exciting opportunity to work with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and long-term care (LTC) organizations to optimize reimbursement, ensure compliance, and provide training and leadership to clinical teams.

Position Overview:
The Clinical Reimbursement (MDS) Reviewer will work with SNFs and LTC facilities to assess and improve their reimbursement processes. This role requires an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or healthcare professional with a deep understanding of MDS coordination and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for improving healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize reimbursement processes for SNF/LTC clients.
  • Develop and implement customized strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining compliance.
  • Provide training and mentorship to clinical teams on MDS processes and documentation.
  • Generate detailed reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure all reimbursement processes align with regulatory standards and payer guidelines.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients to support their long-term success.

Qualifications:
  • Active RN license or healthcare degree.
  • Executive-level experience in SNF or LTC settings.
  • Expertise in clinical reimbursement and MDS processes.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in long-term care.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
