About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff the COO to play a pivotal role in the organization's strategic and operational success. The successful candidate will be the key advisor to the COO, driving the Rhythm of Business, and ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic and competitive environment. This includes leading global and local executive engagements, managing special projects, and overseeing internal and external communications, particularly those with high visibility to the board of directors. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for organizational health, budget and headcount management, and people management, with a focus on driving employee growth, and development and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or related roles. A minimum of 10 years in project management, operations, or a similar leadership role, and 10 years of people management experience are required. The role demands a candidate with strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and a proven track record of managing large teams and driving organizational transformations are essential. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, prior Chief of Staff experience, and professional certifications such as PMP.
