Job Title: A&P Mechanic

Job Summary:
Perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft and their components in compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer manuals, and company policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and maintain commercial aircraft systems, structures, and components.
• Perform disassembly, cleaning, adjustment, assembly, and testing of parts and equipment.
• Repair and replace structures such as wings, fuselage, rigging, surface controls, plumbing, and hydraulic units.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical data to determine repair methods.
• Inspect and repair engine components, including turbine blades, electrical wiring, and accessories.
• Document work performed in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards.
• Operate ground support equipment and comply with safety standards.
• Assist in off-site maintenance and perform complex repairs when required.

Requirements:

• Active FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
• 0-1 years of experience for entry-level roles; 5+ years for advanced roles.
• Must provide own tools (etched and in a toolbox).
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including days/nights and weekends.
• Experience in MRO, commercial airframes (regional or heavy), or military aircraft maintenance is a plus.

Miscellaneous:

• Participate in and support safety initiatives, including immediate hazard reporting and PPE compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
